Non-medical support shaped around the person at home.
Local care
Windsor Mill is part of the western Baltimore County area we serve from Catonsville. We help with daily living through a personalized Care Plan.
What sets us apart
Care may be needed at one part of the day or across several scheduled visits. We do not assume the answer before meeting. The assessment helps us understand capabilities, preferences, routines, and the home environment.
Founded by a nurse and built on dignity, with every Care Plan shaped around your loved one.
Our Caregivers are background checked, fingerprinted, trained, and supervised W-2 employees we hire and support.
No call center. We answer the phone ourselves and follow up within 24 hours.
We consider care needs, schedule, preferences, and personality when assigning Caregivers, then stay involved through the Care Plan.
Planning care
The plan starts with what the person can do, where assistance is needed, and what would make home feel more manageable.
Caregivers assist with the parts of a routine that are difficult while respecting the person’s capabilities.
Respite care can create planned time for work, appointments, rest, or other responsibilities.
Overnight care may include an awake, attentive presence and non-medical assistance listed in the Care Plan.

Begin with a free phone consultation. The next step is an in-home assessment in Baltimore County, followed by a personalized Care Plan and final pricing. Once the plan, schedule, and Caregiver availability are in place, we will talk with you about the start of care.
Getting started
Three calm steps, at your family’s pace.
Call (667) 305-6567 or send an inquiry. We will learn about your loved one’s needs, answer your initial questions, and follow up within 24 hours.
The next step is an in-home assessment. We visit the home to understand needs, routines, capabilities, preferences, and the environment before the Care Plan and final pricing are confirmed. The phone consultation is free; the in-home assessment is a paid professional service.
Once the Care Plan and pricing are confirmed, we coordinate care around the Care Plan and schedule. This is a Care Plan that can be reviewed as needs change.
