No. Our care is non-medical. We assist with daily living and the routine described in the Care Plan. Medical questions, instructions, and decisions remain with licensed healthcare providers.
After the free phone consultation, the next step is an in-home assessment. Once the Care Plan and final pricing are confirmed, start timing depends on care needs and schedule.
We plan schedules thoughtfully, but the same Caregiver cannot be promised for every visit. When staffing changes are needed, we focus on continuity of the Care Plan and clear communication.
Yes. Our Caregivers are W-2 employees, background checked, fingerprinted, and trained, and the agency is bonded and insured.

The next step is an in-home assessment. We visit the home to understand needs, routines, capabilities, preferences, and the environment before the Care Plan and final pricing are confirmed. The phone consultation is free; the in-home assessment is a paid professional service.
Once the Care Plan and pricing are confirmed, we coordinate care around the Care Plan and schedule. This is a Care Plan that can be reviewed as needs change.
