Good company makes the whole day brighter.
Overview
Friendly company and a dependable presence, so your loved one feels connected and engaged.
Company and connection, for the days that feel a little too quiet.
Our Caregivers share the day with your loved one, providing company and attentive support guided by Care Plan goals.
It is non-medical support guided by a Care Plan, with attention to safety, company, and your loved one’s capabilities.
What a visit feels like
Companion care is about sharing the day with someone while keeping Care Plan goals, safety, and your loved one’s capabilities in mind.
How visits are guided
Companion care centers on presence, company, and attentive support. Each visit follows the Care Plan rather than a fixed list of promised activities.
During the visit. The Caregiver shares the day with your loved one through conversation and companionship while staying attentive to the goals in the Care Plan.
Activities. Any activities included in the visit are considered in light of your loved one’s capabilities, preferences, safety needs, and Care Plan.
Daily routine. When included in the Care Plan, the Caregiver may provide assistance with simple parts of the daily routine while keeping companionship at the center of the visit.
If there is something your family would like considered, let us know so it can be discussed as part of the Care Plan.
