Getting started
Three calm steps, at your family’s pace.
Call (667) 305-6567 or send an inquiry. We will learn about your loved one’s needs, answer your initial questions, and follow up within 24 hours.
The next step is an in-home assessment. We visit the home to understand needs, routines, capabilities, preferences, and the environment before the Care Plan and final pricing are confirmed. The phone consultation is free; the in-home assessment is a paid professional service.
Once the Care Plan and pricing are confirmed, we coordinate care around the Care Plan and schedule. This is a Care Plan that can be reviewed as needs change.
