Thoughtful assistance for daily living at home.
Local care
Heavenly Helpers serves Gwynn Oak from our Catonsville office. Care is non-medical, personal, and guided by an individualized Care Plan.
What sets us apart
Gwynn Oak addresses can sit close to both Baltimore County and Baltimore City boundaries. We begin with the person, the home environment, and the service address so the conversation stays focused on the care needed at home.
Founded by a nurse and built on dignity, with every Care Plan shaped around your loved one.
Our Caregivers are background checked, fingerprinted, trained, and supervised W-2 employees we hire and support.
No call center. We answer the phone ourselves and follow up within 24 hours.
We consider care needs, schedule, preferences, and personality when assigning Caregivers, then stay involved through the Care Plan.
Planning care
A phone consultation helps us understand what prompted the search. The in-home assessment then gives us the detail needed to build the plan.
A Care Plan may include assistance with getting up, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, or preparing a simple meal.
Scheduled companion visits can provide conversation and an attentive presence at home.
The Care Plan puts agreed non-medical support in writing so everyone understands what the visit is meant to cover.
