A closer look at how Heavenly Helpers approaches Care Plans, Caregiver assignments, communication, and non-medical care at home.
The Heavenly Standard
Every Care Plan is built around your loved one’s real routines and the little things that matter to them, guiding genuinely personal, non-medical care.
We consider your loved one’s needs, schedule, preferences, and personality when making assignments.
Our Caregivers are W-2 employees we hire, train, and support, background checked and fingerprinted, with accountability, backup coverage, and people invested in doing this well.
We stay involved, and the Care Plan can be reviewed when needs, capabilities, schedules, or circumstances change.
Heavenly Helpers is licensed in Maryland, bonded, and insured. Our Caregivers are background checked and fingerprinted W-2 employees.

Getting started
Three calm steps, at your family’s pace.
Call (667) 305-6567 or send an inquiry. We will learn about your loved one’s needs, answer your initial questions, and follow up within 24 hours.
The next step is an in-home assessment. We visit the home to understand needs, routines, capabilities, preferences, and the environment before the Care Plan and final pricing are confirmed. The phone consultation is free; the in-home assessment is a paid professional service.
Once the Care Plan and pricing are confirmed, we coordinate care around the Care Plan and schedule. This is a Care Plan that can be reviewed as needs change.
Free consultation
Tell us a little about your situation and we will call you back, usually within 24 hours. The phone consultation is always free.
