Our story
Heavenly Helpers is a nurse-founded, non-medical home care agency serving adults and families across Baltimore County, Howard County, Baltimore City, and nearby communities. Every Care Plan is built around your loved one, their needs, their daily routines, and the comforts of the home they love.
Why we started
It began with a simple belief
Heavenly Helpers began with a nurse who spent years at the bedside of families like yours, and who believes adults deserve warmth, patience, and respect.
The people who need a little help now are so often the ones who spent their whole lives caring for everyone else. She wanted them to be looked after with that same patience in return, right at home.
So she built an agency around that belief, and she still leads it today, with a nurse’s eye for detail and the warmth she would want for her own family members.

A Care Plan built around your loved one
Most home care is non-medical, and ours is too. The difference is how personal it is. Every family starts with a Care Plan shaped around your loved one's routines, history, and preferences, and we adjust it as needs change.
That attention matters because the Care Plan gives Caregivers clear guidance for the daily routine, safety expectations, and when to contact the agency or family. Our role is non-medical, and medical decisions remain with licensed healthcare providers.

Our Caregivers are W-2 employees we hire, train, and support. That means they are background checked, fingerprinted, trained, insured, and supervised, and it means we remain accountable for the care they give.

The next step is an in-home assessment. We visit the home to understand needs, routines, capabilities, preferences, and the environment before the Care Plan and final pricing are confirmed. The phone consultation is free; the in-home assessment is a paid professional service.
Coordinate care at home
Once the Care Plan and pricing are confirmed, we coordinate care around the Care Plan and schedule. This is a Care Plan that can be reviewed as needs change.
